Two low-intensity movement classes taught by Rachel Thorne Germond to explore how to improve movement capability and reduce pain or limitations, in turn improving our general wellbeing. Sign up for one or both classes, September 21 and 28, 5:30 to 7:00 pm. Cash or checks for $15 made out to Jaffrey Woman's Club will be accepted at the door. You may bring your own yoga mat or one will be provided for you. Each class is limited to 12 participants. USE CHECKOUT TO REGISTER.
